By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using HBT.Rest, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
About HBT.Rest
HBT.Rest is a subscription-based wellness platform offering neuroscience-inspired audio experiences designed to support focus, relaxation, recovery, and sleep.
The Services are intended for general wellness and personal use only. They are not medical services and should not be considered a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Eligibility
To use HBT.Rest, you must:
- be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction;
- provide accurate account information;
- comply with these Terms and applicable laws.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Your Subscription
Some features of HBT.Rest require an active paid subscription.
Subscription prices, available plans, and promotional offers are displayed during checkout and may change from time to time.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation prevents future billing but does not cancel the current billing period.
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription.
Payments
Subscription payments are securely processed through Stripe and may also be processed by other trusted payment providers.
By purchasing a subscription, you authorize the applicable payment processor to charge your selected payment method according to your chosen subscription plan.
HBT.Rest does not store your complete payment card information.
Refund Policy
Because your subscription provides immediate access to digital streaming content, all purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
If you believe you were charged in error, accidentally purchased a subscription, or suspect unauthorized use of your payment method, please contact our support team promptly. While refunds are not guaranteed, we will review each request individually and work with you to resolve any legitimate billing issues.
Acceptable Use
Your subscription grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and stream HBT.Rest content for your own private use.
You may not:
- copy, download, record, or redistribute our audio content;
- share or resell your subscription;
- reverse engineer or interfere with the Services;
- use automated tools to access or scrape the platform;
- use HBT.Rest for unlawful purposes;
- attempt to bypass security or access restrictions.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Intellectual Property
All content available through HBT.Rest, including audio experiences, software, graphics, branding, text, website design, and other materials, is owned by HBT.Rest or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
Your subscription provides access to the Services only. It does not transfer ownership of any content or intellectual property.
All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by HBT.Rest.
Wellness Notice
HBT.Rest is designed to support general wellness through audio experiences intended to encourage relaxation, focus, recovery, and healthy sleep habits.
Individual experiences vary, and we do not guarantee any specific physical, emotional, or cognitive outcome from using the Services.
Medical Disclaimer
HBT.Rest does not provide medical advice or healthcare services.
The Services are not intended to diagnose, prevent, monitor, treat, or cure any medical or mental health condition.

Safe Use
Some audio experiences may promote deep relaxation or drowsiness.
Do not use HBT.Rest while driving, operating machinery, cycling, or performing any activity that requires your full attention.
You are responsible for determining when it is safe to use the Services.
Service Availability
We work to provide a reliable service, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times.
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features, audio content, or parts of the Services as we continue to improve the platform.
No Warranty / Limitation of Liability
HBT.Rest is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.
While we strive to provide a reliable, secure, and enjoyable experience, we do not guarantee that the Services will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available at all times. We also do not guarantee that the Services will meet your personal expectations or produce any specific wellness or lifestyle outcome.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, HBT.Rest disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.
You use the Services at your own discretion and risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HBT.Rest, its owners, employees, affiliates, licensors, partners, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your access to or use of the Services. This includes, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, business interruption, device malfunction, or any other commercial or personal loss, even if HBT.Rest has been advised that such damages may occur.
Where liability cannot legally be excluded, HBT.Rest’s total liability arising from any claim related to the Services shall not exceed the total amount you paid to HBT.Rest for the subscription giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
When we make material changes, we will update the Effective Date at the top of this page. Continued use of HBT.Rest after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those changes.
